2004 Tablas Creek Vineyard Espirit de Beaucastel Blanc
Aromas of honeysuckle, mint, lemon peel and spice,
with rich Roussanne flavors of  honey, rose petals and pear,
and saline minerality from limestone.

Intensely Grenache nose of rare steak, pepper and blueberry.
Juicy rich in the mouth, with ripe tannins and a finish laced with licorice.

Rich briary nose of black cherry, plum and rare steak, overlaid with mocha.
Palate shows explosive fruit, with smoky and meaty flavors.

Warre’s Optima 10 Year Old Tawny Port
Loads of caramel, honey and dried fruit, with just a hint of roasted character.
Full-bodied, sweet and very toffeelike on the palate.

Warre’s 1999 Late Bottled Vintage Ruby Port
Chocolate, spicy and dark fruit nose. Very concentrated, silky tannin.
